Dr. Kurian is a board certified Cardiologist with certifications in Level II training in echo and nuclear cardiology, Level I in cardiac MRI, Level II training in cardiac CT and UNOS. He graduated with honors first class in his first and final year of Medical School, with a Distinction in his second year. In addition Dr. Kurian received Dean’s research grand award on study of endothelial progenitor cells in heart failure, and an outstanding resident and teaching excellence award. Dr. Kurian received his M.B.B.S at the Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India.
